The College of Medicine of Central Michigan University is actively seeking an academic vascular surgeon. Located in the scenic mid-Michigan region, CMU offers a wonderful opportunity to teach and practice medicine in a new medical school and rapidly growing academic department. Primary responsibilities will include patient care in the entire spectrum of open and endovascular surgery, medical student and general surgical resident education, and clinical research initiatives.
Qualifications include completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in vascular surgery, board certification or board eligibility in vascular surgery, and the ability to obtain an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Michigan. Rank and salary are dependent upon qualifications and experience.
